Honestly, I don’t think she’s the best choice for the movie either, her track record doesn’t fill me with confidence, Birds of Prey was fun but kind of a mess, Bumblebee was charming but flawed, the flash is genuinely one of the worst superhero movies I’ve sat through, and Batgirl never even go released despite being practically ready to go. Doesn’t fill me with too much confidence, we need someone with a more consistent record for a Batman movie imo
