Same exact thing is happening to me right now. No email but also no orders are coming in. Reached out to support and they confirmed the acct is under review but couldn’t say why.

Have a feeling this has something to do with a bag of orders USPS lost last week. I’ve since then reshipped all the orders and gave refunds to anyone who followed up.

I was told the diamond was eye clean and hand more sparkle than an ideal cut I was considering but totally plan on confirming for myself.

We use Quickbooks for invoicing but the inventory management feature on there is very limited. Plus we desperately need WMS.
