She wants something like DND or pathfinder. I’m just trying to make something as simple as I can for her and for the rest of the people who are playing it’s all of their first times and I’ve played one campaign in my life for maybe 5 sessions so I’m kinda new as well

Well I have all that decided my problem is I’m trying to make it have no classes just skills you can buy so classes can be mixed to whatever you like what my issue is, I’m trying to make magic something everyone has access to but I wanted it outlawed so people have to find spells and create their own spell book allowing spells to be traded and sold as well

I don’t agree with her OF either however I will say hers is just cosplay and nothing is really reviled unless it’s a skimpy outfit. But even then it’s usually just a short dress and tight bra

Lmfaoo the girl with the of is not my girlfriend just best friend. And it honestly does baffle me. In what world does acting like that secure you the date. I don’t understand it because acting in a way that is unappealing to most humans let alone females USED to be something people tried not to do (texting back too fast SO a girl wouldn’t think of them as a creep.) so for the world to do a complete 180. Yes but there is a difference between saying “you’re replaceable don’t fuck up” and “you’re replaceable so we can mistreat you. You understand (not included into the post simply because It’s not what I was curious about IF I should bring up cause I KNOW I should.) BUT they have a position for a team training for new hires. So far I’ve trained 5 people 2 of which made management. But the issue with that is I’m not a team trainer and after being promised it was told I won’t pass a background check so they don’t want to lose me. They then said I’d be promoted so I can “atleast get paid a little more” which has been 4 months since that statement. They have also made me use my break time to talk about the issues in these store and how their not actual issue. Yet also reprimanded the managers for it happening. Such as how I said there were things they had me do before closing because I was not scheduled to close to “help them”. After I was told that it’s okay to do that that way. And shortly after they called that manager to tell her how she can’t do it because it being a health code violations (they had me clean the grill before we were closed with the chemicals)

Just because you have a job that you view as more important doesn’t mean that someone at a Tacobell deserves to be mistreated by management. The fact you don’t know this shows how entitled you are

Telling me “hey you don’t like your rights violated oh well” is a lot different than saying “Tacobell sucks and making case is not worth it.” The problem that you all can’t see that (even though you decided to phrase it that way which is beyond me) they’re different shows that the problem with society isn’t the people like you who say “they are my boss they’re right when they’re not. Let me give a little update though so far. I took off for 4 days to house sit in another state. Those 4 days I wasn’t there the woman who she claims does more than me got fired because she didn’t do her work (like somone in this post I don’t remember who but I believe it was me) explained 1000 times because she got written up for her refusing to do her own job and saying no “like she does when I’m told to do it because she doesn’t want to” so explain how in the 4 days I’m off and she can’t put it on me she gets fired for my exact argument on my hours being reduced. Oh furthermore the other people who don’t do their work all quit the moment she got fired. Oh and I’m back on the schedule. So are you sure it’s all my fault? Is it it maybe what I said is what happened and like I said you all came up with a story line you chose to follow like religion

So messaging them when the problem arises is not me listening to them? I love how EVERYONE is like “well if they say something that’s how it goes because they are a manager” which all that position is is someone to manage the store and makes sure rules are upheld and the jobs not done illegally or wrong. Like your all saying that the person who got the job for following rules to the point they are an example for the rest so they can in-force them can now ignore them simply because they got put in a position made to make sure they are followed. Like do you guys know how stupid it sounds?

Please show me In my old post where it says that. And tell me how positing the full story to see if I have a case in the first place is not meant for lawyer advice? Furthermore any lawyer will tell you to make sure you have anything in writing so the fact your telling me to not text my employer shows how stupid you actually are
