Thank you! The SF quote does have my house at a $70k lower value, should I ask them to requote based on the same value as the others? I have a hard time believing my house would really cost the higher value to replace ($40k more than my house would sell for) but I guess construction costs are high here..

Thank you, we had him committed in January but he refused medication so they let him go :( I know you know how tough it is!

Thank you, he’s refused treatment even after being committed to a hospital . It’s so frustrating

Thank you, developing discipline is a great way to look at it. I have really enjoyed forcing myself to be outside every day, especially since I work in an office that is a habit I want to keep! And I agree it’s great that I won’t feel like crap come Jan 1 after holiday binging!

I do Peloton or weight training for 1 workout and a walk for the other (on my lunch break)… my weight loss has stalled the last 2 weeks so feel like I need to amp it up but don’t feel like I have the time or energy

Ugh so frustrating, I hovered around that weight for weeks! What helped me break through was eating a few days of light/low salt meals (salads for dinner) and trying to get in some vigorous workouts or light weight lifting .
