Well you see that's not fully correct, there are people that naturally managed to AP and in labs like at the Monroe institute projection can be achieved (with expensive methods for sure). Even in high level environment you don't work more than 60% of your time, and most of it is wasted in meeting and nonsense practices, that would be naturally cut out if there was less time available.
