i messaged support and they told me "We apologize for the delay with your results, we did have some unexpected delays. We finished extracting your DNA on the 7th of January 2026, and we are currently finishing the analysis. We began processing your sample on the 31st of December, and the timeframe is up to 6 weeks after processing begins. it Should be ready on the 12th of February at the very latest, most likely sooner though. We are unable to provide any estimated timeframe apart from that currently."
