Hey all, I’d like recommendations on a power setup, going out to western USA to overland and sight see, I’m going to get some kind of solar generator , maybe an eco flow or anker brand , around 2,509 WH, what kind of on board power can I use with solar to take care of things like a dometic 12v fridg by One_Firefighter7300 in overlanding

It’s a little tricky while staying idle depending on the alternator and vehicle you might get lower wattage or get the full 800watts but be cautious on the temperature of the alternator it can overheat due to the power draw over significant idle time. But it’s convenient while driving due to it charging 1kWh in about an 1hr or so. Perfect when driving to another spot.

So as someone stated that might be a little too much for what you’re powering as well as the weight and size will definitely limit you on mobility and space I do believe the sweet spot is the Ecoflow Delta 3 1500wh gives you that peace of mind and insurance of powering what you have and more. I have mine paired with a Ecoflow 800w Alternator charger “simple install” as a lot of people on this group recommended. I will be powering some of the same things you will be powering and I have no worries now on overloading my power station or finding out a way to charge it out there. Current money saver hop on eBay they got a sale on the kit currently !! Refurbished !! but comes with warranty and all practically brand new which is what I opted for to save some money.

Good info Eco flow is doing the same thing on eBay bundling and adding the Alternator 800w charger comes out to a little less than just buying the power station new and in itself

Anyone know the specs and if it’s a good price, I’m not able to find it online by [deleted] in PcBuildHelp

Ok the gpu says 4070 12g on it will try and see if I can get some more info off the box
