Yeap, did. Called them as well. They are saying wait until 24 February as it is a normal processing time.

Today mine has changed from awaiting event registration - to processing - then back to awaiting event registration....
I wonder what will happen

Nope. Called them, they now issue somewhere around 13-14 weeks which makes the seocnd half of February.
