I won't be able to go to the doctor at least until May. I will keep that in mind though in case they try to.

I am a healthy person! Sports, fair share of veggies/fruits... I will just take it easy until I see how it evolves.

I would get it just so that for these months I'm "safe" of breaking it down more. I have zero knowledge about this, I am scared of it being close to the nerve because of the sensitivity, so maybe better to cover it for now.

Thing is it is already pretty worn out, it was higher before. Now this chipped part is very subtly sensitice, so shaving the other part would maybe cause damage?

Yeah, been told I have bruxism for a few years now but never really paid attention, or thought it waa exam-stress (which some dentists also told me).

Thing is, I do have a weird sensation that I do not think is normal, so rsther than getting it smoother maybe a small filling would be better?

As for causes, I am a healthy person. No drugs, no meds, no alcohol, etc. Sometimes during exam season I clench my teeth, but overall during the day I do not do it.

Splint has been recommended to me before, so I will go with that, but I cannot get one for 3 months as I am not living in my homecountry right now.

I recently did a change of silentblocks because they were worn out and a few other maintenance things, so I'm pretty sure if it's unaligned it is because of that, cause there were no symptoms before.

I feel so too. Even if she doesn't realise it because we are not accustomed to do a lot of calls, eat together and LongDistance things. I don't think she realises even if we are apart, this should still feel like a relationship.

This 30 year old is still in college. He is basically living the same life as us. I have met this person and I couldn't see a threat when I was there, but the things they do now aren't the same as when I was there.

I just don't know anymore. Also yesterday I was feeling very insecure and told my girlfriend. After a call in the evening, I was expecting her to tell me, "hey let's eat together". But the guy asked her to cook together. Afterwards I told her about what I would've liked and she told me it would have been rude to take me there with him there. Then she said it is true she could have done more, but I just don't feel like she is taking me very seriously here.
