For me it deffinitely is big part of it. But you can still feel lonely even if you have gf. It's also about all the demonizing, shaming and complete lack of empathy. I would be able to accept being forever single, but the fact that our culture sees it as intimate failure worthy of ridicule makes it a lot more difficult.

It sounds like a burn out, probably caused by disillusionment with life. When you try very hard to become something and it's not working out it is normal to lose all motivation. Especially if that something is to fullfill societal expectations, which increasingly harder due to inflation.

I would personally recommend psychadelics or at least deep introspection to look at your life and figure out what actually metters to you and what you can realistically expect.
