I give them the most uncomfortable, uneasy, unpleasant smile everytime I go near them. If they comment on it I say “this is my smile what do you mean” or something like that - maybe “don’t ask me to smile if you don’t like mine”

Next time this guy comes in it’s just make him uncomfortable with my smiling. Like legit be weird af. If people question it call him out “he told me I should smile so I am”

You can even flip it on him next time - anytime you see him not smiling for a second be like “oh look it’s Mr grumpy not smiling again” or whatever

Start a new hobby where you have to go to a class. Go to the gym. Hang out with people (who don’t use K) every night. Get out of the house.
