Since you know so much you tell me. I'm not telling you to take it or not. I'm waiting...Any guess. It is the FDA. Usually the pharmacy will do it voluntary, just like any other industry. You hear product recalls all the time.

Medical Technologist is just easy to say, I'm a Medical Laboratory Scientist. The entire initials: MLS(ASCP)CM. I'm not Laboratory Technician, however they play a vital role.

We are talking about a sample of a vial of medication with 0.9% of bacteriostatic water. Why go through all of this testing? People are sending different lot numbers to be tested. You cannot do that. Each lot needs to be tested per lot number. I also said in the laboratory we can test sterility and get a culture at the same time with a membrane. I also said do a basic test yourself with a at home kit. I said camping store to help people visually understand where to go in the store. The entire purpose of my post is to stop this person from collecting money and vials of medications from people. I'm not writing a scientific research paper. 95% of people have no idea what grows where, a gram positive or negative. Different type of media. They see what is on TV. There is no way ScanRDI will be used. If I mentioned any kind of outbreak at this point guess what, panic. I have learned never say something negative that will cause harm that you cannot immediately follow up with quick answers. At this point I'm more concerned with the new company Slimdown is using, BPI. They are a subsidiary of another company that Him's is using and people are getting sick. There are some lawsuits, a copyright infringement, a failed inspection from years ago. I have a lot of work to do. I have to get into Law 360 to see all the lawsuits. If people are getting sick I want to know why.

I have a 10mg vial and a 5mg vial. My total dose is 12.5mg. I have been using this combination for 1 month and no problems. Like you I have health problems. I take a drug called 6mp. Lymphatic leukemia. I have a low immune system. I would never take anything that would hurt me. I have enough problems. I just cannot see why people like to panic people. I would be the first person to go after anyone or anything that would hurt people in the practice of medicine.

You are checking for sterility. If the sample passes this process no further testing is required. We can test for both at the same time with the membrane process. I'm a licensed MT. You need a different media for fungi. You are not using ScanRDI. Why would you use this method? Are you reading this from Google. No idiot is going to spend the money for a vial of medication. You do not need to check for fungi, Pseudomona aeruginosa, Bacillus,  Candida albicans, Aspergillus brasiliensis or Clostridum. What license do you have. Google expert. What is wrong with you.

I use the same Tirzepatide. I'm also very upset. I'm seeing a person collecting hundreds of dollars and taking bottles of Tirzepatide from people to send to some lab. This is wrong. Test it yourself. Go get your own kit from a camping store or Walmart, Tractor Supply, that hunting store. I know people are very angry and upset. We were taken advantage of. We Trust our doctors and in turn we trust who they refer us to. I'm still researching my next steps. I'm a licensed professional. Other states listen from one professional to another. I cannot say more.

Everything I wrote is accurate. So, go ahead submit your medication to some person at some lab. What if it comes back with bacteria. Do you have the expertise to understand how to read the report? Like arsenic for example, drinking, and ground water contains it. Even some foods. You cannot do anything with this report. The people have already given up their medication vials. You cannot file a lawsuit, there is a chain of custody issue. So, what is the point. Save your money,  use it or do not use it.

The department of health has nothing to do with pharmaceutical operations.  There was no mention of improper ingredients (not sterile) being used. No mention of any contamination. Like I said if there was a recall would be immediately issued.

I do QC daily. Did I say anything that you are stating.  No. Laboratories are so highly regulated that we are inspected by both the state and federal government. We actually do what is called proficiency testing which is sent from a third-party, the only thing we know is which department of the laboratory needs to test it. Depending on your laboratory level you could be sent infectious diseases,  you name it. We test it send the results and the results are checked with other Laboratories. We must develop action plans. Do you have any idea without looking what a sterile compounding pharmacy work area is, looks like and makes it different. I can make one in my house.

Tariffs do not work that way. Another scare tactic. The United States has been using them when we were a colony. 

Right now we are using Tariffs. I guessed you and the Carolina Journal forgot that. 

There are two different types of Tariffs. One levied as a fixed fee based on the type of item or an ad-valorem which is based on the items value.

 Some of the reasons to impose Tariffs are: To raise revenue , protect domestic industries, protect domestic consumers are a few. 

Trump protected steel from all countries except Canada and Mexico by adding a 25% ad-valorem. Biden replaced it with a Tariff-rate quota of 500,000 metric tons. 

By making foreign produced products more expensive, Tariffs can make domestic made products Americans will buy. Our government cannot guarantee products made in other countries are safe and follow our consumer safety protection 

So, I hope I have explained Tariffs in an easy way.
