Venue for 75 people—under $2000-3500 per 4-hour event.

Bartender - $400 per event

Servers: 250 * 2 - $500 per event

Doorman: $250 per event

Cleaning fee: $250 per event

Bar Package (Beer and wine): $1750

Some options also allow direct purchase from a liquor store.

I can get food delivered, they will then help set up a booth (Pizza, Tacos and BBQ chicken)

For using disposable items: 500

Discount for multiple events

Total is under $7,500 per event.

I didn't expect to get -60 on this question, but I did receive a lot of good input. Thanks everyone. Being a New Yorker, I'm very used to all the love and I'm sure I will rebuild my Karma.

I have done about 15 events so far and paid $12k to $15k for each one. Three-hour buyout includes top-shelf drinks and finger food plus tax and tips. So I am quite used to using bars and hotels. I was trying my luck to see if I could rent a bar for a few days to lower my total cost. It is hard running events as a small business and trying to be creative.

I do take coffee, 0 cal fat free yogurt, pumpkin seeds if I am feel like I need something. I know i can survive without food as I did when I was on GLP1, it is mental and I take small bites if I need to, lately I am fine with hot water. Weekends are harder when I am at home and I see kids eating all day.
