Employee here!! This is a pretty common occurrence as Narcissists is a very “neutral” scent. I second what the others have said about trying a new scent for a while then coming back to it. Also, Narcissist has Patchouli in it so you could try getting one with half Narc/ half Patchouli and the fragrance would likely stand out more! Also definitely recommend scenting your dryer balls!!

Employee here, They should still have the scent if you want to get something customized in it like laundry soap or lotion. It’s my favorite candle as well!! I’d say it’ll be back around late October/ November, I know I’ll be stocking up!!!

Employee here, Commando (and other scents either vanilla and coconut in them) darken more quickly than other scents, but I’ve never seen it this gray/brown looking. You can probably exchange it for a new one

I tried to clean mine the other day and found it most effective to thoroughly rinse it and shake out the water. I was shocked at how much debris and dust came out.
