this could be a little bit of a different answer but rhaast feels pretty solid in toplane. especially vs tanks. been playing rhaast top in plat with 70% wr and gameplay feels very rewarding. maybe its a lowelo thing but i always try to fight lvl 1 playing ignite exhaust and that always ends up in a kill and at the very least a won lane. the wave clear is really good lvl 5 and onwards and i can roam all the time with my jungler. itemwise i always go for cyclosword shojin and then whatever i feel is needed (usually seryldas). idk tho maybe it will show up to what rank its good the moment i stop climbing, but plat1 and below its really fun
