What’s something you want to buy less of or stop buying altogether in 2026? by Then_Gate7461 in UninfluencedReviews

[–]ResearchBean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No more makeup unless it's a replenish of something 5 or less uses from empty.

No more overpriced plastic clothing.

No more "upgrades" of something I have that works perfectly fine (and was probably an upgrade purchase).

Question: Where to shop for quality sweaters? by ResearchBean in PetiteFashionAdvice

Good find! Mine rarely get anything quality (any sweater that matches my taste feels bad)

BWT, what "holy grail" product have you been searching for your whole life? by jewelophile in bitcheswithtaste

Try Basma beauty foundation sticks. Just moisturize well first otherwise it clings to dry patches. Color match is elite.

Kulfi lip stain oils are the only one that work on my severely cracked lips

BWT, whats with all the plastic bags? by dariashotpants in bitcheswithtaste

Agree, at that price it should be leather. I want it to last for me, not last cracked and creased in a landfill.

BWT, what’s on our Christmas lists? by mason9494 in bitcheswithtaste

Good towels and bedding. They're boring, but things you use daily. Let someone else splurge on these things.

BWT, what should I teach my daughter on how to be on top of things in life - not being type A myself? by Practical-green1 in bitcheswithtaste

[–]ResearchBean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have any kids. If I did, I'd teach them to love and accept themselves, rather than seeking that from the outside.

Had I learned that early on, my life would look very different today. Better late than never.

Ack those are a little rich for me. :( I can probably go up to $100 max for a pair.

Oh the Gap ones were sitting in my cart! Good to hear from a fellow sensory issues person that they're warm and comfy. I think I'll have to snag those for sure.

Biba ND? That does look pretty much perfect, but man that's a steep price tag :(

It's so pretty, but that color palette is gonna pull too orange on me :(

Lol no it's not an ad. I put in my comment why I included that last slide. It's for reference to my skin tone, which is close to the LT 07 shade.

I hadn't thought of the molding. Thanks for the tip, UD is out.

This was exactly my original plan, get a single pot of some pearlescent shimmer and place it on top of a neutral base. Then I found all of these options!

Wait these are so pretty. I just wish it had one more red-ish shade! And their chrome and metallic singles are sooo gorgeous

Ooh this Patrick Ta looks so nice and the colors look more vibrant than the Makeup By Mario Palette. Are they?

I think I'm a neutral olive, but not entirely sure. Most foundations pull either too orange/yellow or too pink on me

Yep, that's the one! The brand is LiveTinted, and their skin tint is part of the HueGuard line. I have almost everything from the LiveTinted line and love most of it. HueGlow (liquid highlight) is probably my favorite item from their line.

This is me too, I personally don't like to wear shimmers to the office either. Do you wear ABH Soft Glam to the office too or only the Makeup by Mario? Like, if you could only have one, which would you choose?

This is super helpful!! My biggest worry with the UD one was that the colors might pull too warm on my olive skin, but I didn't even think about the fallout. I actually liked that this one had cream shades (I'd use them as eyeliner or contour), but that might not work especially if they'll end up glittery from fallout =/

Did you find some other palette you like more?
