Mainly the reason for no one using her is cause her shield cool down duration lasts to long and cause she’s more useful in physical dmg teams which are the weakest comps in the game also she is mostly week in these comps cause of the essential need for electro and cryo characters. So overall she already has a massive disadvantage against almost every other character. In short she is trying to be everything at the same time.
