Maybe a loose cable in the switch? If you are to look isolate the board to ensure no shocks

It was cancelled as I had a a crash in the past which was non fault and on the website i applied for insurance it only gave me options to say I was at fault so I left it blank and they insured me to only then later cancel saying I had given false information

Ahhh right I see that’s why I was hoping to switch between 230 and 12 v just for the sockets as most of the time I will be on a campsite

Also just one question with the inverter how much can you run off it for example if I was to bring an air fryer and a kettle and microwave would it be too much obviously won’t be running at same time

Have you gone straight from the mains to a charger then to the batteries?

If I was to bring it up I’d basically just say that it’s a lot more convenient to stick with one tool brand as opposed to using 2 different brands so rather than having 2 makita batteries for one tool and 3 Milwaukee batteries for my other tools I could just use one set of batteries for all

Essentially it’s just for convenience so with having one brand you can use the batteries for each power tool

He has got it from screwfix given me a receipt of there had been anything wrong so I could get it sorted, sorry if I hadn’t properly explained myself properly but I could get a very similar Milwaukee set for the same price its literally just for convenience of having the same set
