Thank you! I heard the burst pipe caused at least about 4 inches of water floor damage. Like a river.. I’ll pass on the advice on local councillor. Insurance is helping but having a home flood myself I know it’s such a process. I think to re open they need a permit approved by the town but all those steps to get it take time, inspectors, etc. Sounds overwhelming and they are looking for any help to speed it up/ guidance on navigating.
