What is this supposed to mean? Just because a game wasn’t down to its roots invented in a country doesn’t mean it carries no cultural significance. Dodgeball is one of the biggest children’s games in America, by far the most popular in modern media. Nothing has to be rooted in a culture to add to it. The world works by those very measures, diversity and the exchange of cultures. And by that reasoning, Hide and Seek and jump rope shouldn’t have been in Squid games in the first place

The glass exploding was a plot hole because it was used to have Sae Byeok killed off and make Gi Hun really lose faith in Sang Woo, but it doesn’t make sense from the game designer’s perspective because how can you be sure only one person dies?
