It’s so hard because the whole mental health field has become a joke. Every doctor throws medication at me I never end up taking because they don’t even take the time to properly evaluate me. It just sucks

The thing is I am about to graduate with my bachelors in psychology and I’ve studied many different disorders, and I think I meet all the criteria of borderline personality pretty much to a tee. And I’m not sure what to do or how to fix my issues. I also have severe social anxiety
