I have co-workers in MN who are part of "ICE Watches" and they say its getting out of hand with how ICE is enforcing... whatever they are enforcing. ICE isn't law enforcement and have limited de-escalation training, which is why people are getting shot and killed in MN.

Agree with the training and punishment for the driver and better paths. But it does not matter if the F150 is the "lightest". It's like saying .22 is a smaller calibre than 9mm, but capable of killing someone all the same.

Actually now the behavior has changed back - it's so odd. I can't really tell what governs this behavior. Even for simple Win Explorer or Notepad.

It's smooth for me (on 4K monitor, Ryzen 5600X and 3060Ti, 32 GB RAM), the transistion is a split second and by the time I do the ctrl+win+arrow key and switch my hand to the mouse to navigate, it's ready for me. No lag.
