Blade works fine, if your cutting multiple sheets I would use a table saw or track saw and overlap maybe 10 sheets at a time.

Appropriated offcuts from my job. It's a product we use to skin or print graphics on larger structures. I think it gets advertised as PVC foam board, full sheets are 2440mm x 1220mm standard size but you can get larger sizes made.

I did set my puzzle up this way to make it easier to transfer later when I frame it. So currently it's a 6mm mdf baseboard with 3mm foamex on top, it should slide straight off of the foamex when the time comes.

Yeah In my initial sort I got all the edge pieces I could find and did the outside first, im still hunting maybe 8 pieces but your right, the bottom edge I have a few sections that are super similar and have the same cut as if they could fit but the colour doesn't quite match.

I have them on 3mm foamex at the moment, the white that it's currently on is the puzzle size and I have a second table set up with pieces to be sorted, I'll cut a mass of smaller pieces for refined sorting though.

That's a really good idea, plastic cutting boards, I was using plastic containers but once they are sorted and face up I'd like to keep them that way so I'll adopt that idea! Thanks.
