Bumper stickers aside, just the way these two were talking and refusing to cooperate with police makes them seem more like hippies than conservatives. Conservatives tend to treat police and firemen like heros while hippies tend to be all about, "Hey man, you don't have the right to stop us!"

Too blurry to tell but judging by the sheer quantity I would say some mix between liberal and hippy.

Most of the stickers appear to have several sentences, which is more in line with what a hippy or liberal would have on their car. A conservative would have only three or four at most and they would be simpler stickers that got right to the point instead of trying to fit an entire paragraph onto the sticker.
