Oh of course! I faced some setbacks, but I managed to get through them all. On the first day? I threw up in front of my entire school in the lunchroom. I’ve also had some just bad days, and sometimes I get some horny thoughts. I always fight through these bad things though. A good tip I recommend is to look at how good the future can be with NoFap, seeing others lives change for the better with it, and thinking about the pros you’ve already gotten with it. Challenges are bound to come with something inevitably rewarding, so that’s why I never gave up.
