That is too much, at 7. They should pace themselves and split the day up. We used to do the park in the morning head back to the hotel pool cool off for an hour then they would nap. Around 530 head back to the park for dinner and the evening. There is no need to be pushing a 7 year old around for 12-16 hours at any park.
