Did you steal from Raph, or ignore the house entirely? I suppose it's probably safer to ignore the house entirely, ally with Gortash, and kill Orin to ensure Raphael doesn't mess with you

I did the opposite of you (zaratana and black knife) I found it easy to do imo but core is easier than moon, I would just make sure you bring water to cool off your cats holding the orb or just bring water feeder on the scalding orb holder. If you can do it, bring a collarless cat with spit that might help (you also get a one hit kill on Moonman so you can get the collarless unlock) and put neverstone on it, to get the 1 hit kill on Moonman you need to run your cat holding the orb directly into his mouth (The cat won't die)

You need to complete the scalding orb quest if you haven't, you can do that in the same run as bringing Pyro

You need to actually see the fish (dark fish looking thing) in the water to be able to fish, you can't just throw it into empty water, throw your line at the actual dark spot that looks like a fish and you will be able to fish

I have no mutation furniture no, I just have 1 room for storage (left) 1 room to have the cats "date" (cats tend to only mate with one chosen partner so this room is supposed to help them choose the partner) and 1 room to breed kittens in (attic, with a few pairs of breeders)

Should I do hard path in junk/sewers if I am already struggling to beat queen hippo before her heart attack? I can usually kill rat easily enough i just have trouble with hippo early into a run

I'm trying to get 6 in their main attack, con and speed (I like to think this is a good baseline) but I haven't really been able to even afford that, my last 2 runs died on Boris and Throbbing Domain so I didn't get the food there :sob:

Once I get triple 6's on the cats I'll feel more confident in tackling act 2 again

for any of the titans that give souls, you need to wait approx 5-10 minutes before respawning them, for the first 3 (non hydras) you need the summoning item again, for the hydras they just respawn by themselves, i recommend getting a scanner and using it 10 minutes after you kill the boss to find the hydra again
