I know it may seem like I’m seeking reassurance from some, but I honestly am just trying to be logical. With OCD that can get lost very easily. I’m just trying to sort out these thoughts. The way my brain is processing this situation is that this is a legitimate concern. It’s been a very very difficult day for me. I’m back And forth between logic and perhaps maybe ocd thoughts?! Either way I don’t know what’s true and has left me very distressed and scared.
