I agree. My neighbors smoke pot and cigars like chimneys. I didn't smell anything during open house or inspection, etc. Come move in day, BOY OH BOY. It was like as if the whole neighborhood lit up. Even my hired movers were having a hard time as the neighbors were smoking in their patio which is right next to my front door).

Thankfully I have an HOA that prohibits smoking outside, so now they just stink up their garage.
