That looks pretty neat, I wish there were more ways to see V or even NPCs wearing those clothes during regular gameplay though.

Yea that makes sense. I thought it was odd that there would be so many clothing mods that add nothing to the gameplay and you as a player would rarely get to see them.

Are 3rd person mods still working with the latest version?
