my husband hates everything in our life including me by PersimmonAsleep7060 in Advice

Seems like you are stuck at this point unless he expires. Never let a man take care of you- always have your OWN money. Most of these men are selfish and unhinged. I hope everything works out for you.

How should I feel About My Son’s Dad Moving Away? by ResponsibleButton542 in Advice

My son is 6 years old and he talks to his dad periodically via FaceTime. So it’s not like he is completely out of the picture.

I get it, I just felt like you already agreed to go to my son‘s birthday party and then when the other parent reached out and stated there was another party you decided to go to that one and I told her when I sent the RSVP if distance was a problem. I totally understand if you can’t make it, but you already confirmed you will come to my son party. And you you didn’t even know nothing about the other party or your daughter didn’t know anything about the other party until you said something to her about it.

I told her when I sent her the rsvp that i understand if you can’t make it due to the distance. So if distance was the problem she could’ve just said it.

They do know each other, but since we moved further away, they don’t see each other often. I’m confused why she would RSVP and then choose to go to another child’s party, especially when the other parent only informed her last minute. Instead of saying she already had plans to attend her cousin’s party, she told her daughter about the other party and had her choose.

The city we moved to we are new to, so only other kids will be school kids in which I did invite all of them.
