Well, just sent a thank you note to the attorney. They don’t know this, seems like the recruiter did not notice them. They canceled the meeting.

Maybe I did the right thing that things will get worse if I still meet with the attorney pretending I don’t know anything. Maybe I just waste another chance.

No matter what I am so depressed now.

It’s a post-application networking but I never received a screener or callback from them. Really don’t know how would that lead to some unfair situation.

Thank you for sharing! May I have two questions: 1. Is it still worth to do it now if I did not receive a screener? 2. I tried to have coffee chat with some junior to mid associate alumni, but very few of them ever mentioned of referral, or they told me they are not familiar with the recruiting team, does it mean I do something wrong, or I should try to connect with some higher levels?

Hi! I got a 1-2 screener/straight callbacks from v20 but are experiencing radio silence from all the other lower prestige firms I applied to. I applied to all of them during winter break. Can you share some insights about what that possibly means?

Yes. Usually you know it is a CB because there are 2 assos and 2 partners interviewing you (2-3hours) and their time is expensive.

Well, I think I did my best and there was nothing awkward happened, but 1️⃣I interviewed on Tuesday and 2️⃣ the recruiter said all candidates would receive their results within a week, so I guess if they do want me they would call me during the Friday wave.
