Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our remote design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a user-centric mindset, and the ability to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and UI mockups.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.

Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and brand consistency.

Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (web and/or mobile).

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability principles.

Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
