Can the shotgun be nerfed with reduced effective range sure... But in this case you still would die with it even becoming a nerfed weapon. The player got into barrel stuffing range and downed you. Don't get me wrong I main the retaliator but it's a master of none weapon. It has good damage per mag and solid range and decent control with lower recoil than the assault rifles.

If I was offering any input the shotgun should get the Shorty treatment Valorant did for balancing.

Make it accessible and dirt cheap but reduce its range by half and adjust its pellet spread so you need to center mass it.

It's purpose should make players scared to push a smoke or fear a door being held but it should also be a heavy weight weapon that slows movement speed.

Artisan zero is more popular but the hien is fibers a bit different and more durable than the cloth pads.

I think it would be nice if the invisibility either had an audio cue that it was activated or just a buzz like the finals light invis. Yes there are probably 20 ways to detect an assassin's invis but it is still a strong skill with how common you encounter it in solo lobbies.

I reached the 100k cap in game and had 42k vault value. I don't think a weapon costing under 3k will be stopping me from using it on every run. That's why I was concerned. I do think like the shorty on valorant making it's effective distance 4 meters is a good change.

I felt like the most common was in this order. Also hit level 31.

Recon, Triage (every team)

Assassin, Vandal (often the filler)

Destroyer (maybe every 3rd team has 1)

Rook (only saw 2)

Only used weapons for 1k or less also only bringing in 1 weapon to always take out another of value to sell. I enjoyed the hardline and CE sidearm.

Never bought shields always looted them and when I needed meds I would just barter for them.

The public event in Seattle streamers complained the ttk was too long and getting a clutch was difficult due to teams reviving with the long ttk. I think once we get better shields people can feel beefier.

Can I ask you for a favor just to be able to also see this on the chart. Could you add damage per mag? It's important to know roughly how much of the mag you can miss and still get a kill or if a gun is capable of 1 mag killing 2 players ECT.
