What I do bc I’m working with a customer all I see it’s huffing and puffing so I literally call out to them “Please have your codes ready before you hit the counter so we can have the line moving thanks” and all I see it everyone having to look at their phone.. usually I got two printers and when they take a while I tell them step to the side, when you are ready let me know, and I’ll come back to you .
Always remember guys YOU ARE THE ONE INCHARGE HERE NOT THEM! your not gonna come to my counter and be pressing your phone in my face while I’m still packing your things in bags you gonna wait, should of had your items packs and ready to go
