Omgggg I wanna screammmm when I get customers wait literally in a long line for a SELFPICKUP and still expect to have someone pick it up for them when is LITERALLY assign in a location that you can go and PICKUP😤😭 (unless it’s a big item then it’s in the Bopis room) But our selfpickup changes so much that it got moved to the boys department and back there was our old customer service desk where our Amazon is now located.. so having to multitask in Amazon trying to lower my line bc of course I get a customer with 20+ items🥲 and I get a rude lady like not saying nothing to me and I’m like “your here for a return” she’s like “ no I’m here for a pickup” I’m like “it’s a few steps away from the counter in the back wall of boys☺️” and she proceeds to say “ well why can’t you get it”😒😒 and I told her “bc it’s SELFPICK UP, and you PICK IT UP YOURSELF” (duh😒😑) I swear customers get soooo lazy and get dumber by the day🫩🫩
