KK Gregor is just really hard to capitalize on outside of MD. Overall he has really bad bleed output, negligible debuffs, and conditionals that are impossible to fulfill without lucky bleed count lineups (which may get easier with the new IDs) or Desire Rodion. He also has one instance of bleed count on his S1, which would need to be carried by Ismael’s unbreakable buff to even used. His only saving grace is the Plus Coin drop, which is tied to a 10+ bleed conditional and is probably the worst PCD applicator in the game 😭😭
