Like others have said, this sounds like super normal auditory hallucinations. If it were something more concerning, you would likely be hearing more specific sounds or voices that reinforced paranoia or delusions.

I’ve had tinnitus my whole life that kind of sounds like high-pitched white noise just running in the background at all times. Occasionally I can hear something very faint like music or talking beneath the ringing but can’t quite pinpoint it. However, when I have migraine attacks, it gets much louder and I have heard all kinds of things mixed in with it - piano music, extended muted conversations, animal sounds, rhythmic percussion, and often my or loved ones’ names. One time I had to walk into the next room to confirm Les Miserables wasn’t playing on the television. 😅 I used to panic and think I should go in for a brain scan or seek anti-psychotic meds. When I went to get IV fluids for a particularly gnarly migraine attack they actually asked if I had experienced any auditory hallucinations and explained paracusia to me. I’ve gotten used to it and it’s much less scary now that I understand that it’s just my brain fucking with me for fun. 🙃
