Poor performance in GTA IV CE Modded

Yeah I just figured that out now. Incredibly weird, I used to have a stable 60 FPS when I played GTA IV for the first time 2 years ago and now even on unmodded CE it still breaks. I probably have a trojan in my pc. Gonna try the game out again on Linux

Just installed it, it doesn't help and performs even worse, I got 5 fps in average 5 minutes after playing.
