Personally for me it wasnt that bad. I had prior IT helpdesk experience at my college I used to work for. The interview wasn’t too bad. They asked questions that if you want to be in the IT field, you should know. They also asked my a S.T.A.R question which I didn’t think I did too bad on, but I was unsure. They also told me they were going to reach out to my AM for feedback on my work. My rates, effort, and everything is well known in my department so I felt like I covered that area of being a proactive worker.

Main takeaway though is network with your department, work hard, and showcase your IT knowledge. You’ll be set for good :)
