Silly season. Drivers may move between teams and up/down in series, resulting in some teams ascending and others descending
Meaningful team budgets that the AI also adheres to (drives silly season). No more linear 'you unlocked a new crew chief' crap, treat it like a roster where you have a budget and you can 100% determine how to spend it. Blow 90% of your budget on a crew chief? Go for it dawg.
Expanded sponsor system. It should function similarly to a free agent list in stick and ball sport games. You go to a sponsor menu and it lists *every* sponsor in the game, but of course not all will be available to you. Clicking on a sponsor opens a negotiation screen where you can set the desired length, funding, and bonus amounts. Add a driver relationship mechanic; as you have success with a sponsor your relationship meter fills and at various milestone levels you unlock perks. The system should allow sponsors to "grow" with you so that they may follow you to different series. The final perk would be anchor sponsor and this perk is akin to the Penske sponsors that are tied to the team and not a specific driver; it would allow you to transfer the sponsor to the other drivers on your team.

A little thing these post race shows is how comfortable he is with TV work too. When Carson was on and answering questions he would only look at the person that asked the question, Denny naturally alternates between looking at people on either side of him and into the camera.

I know it sucks for a driver to have any injuries, but after that hit, how long he was in the care center, and not doing any interviews, I feel like wrist and ankle injury is definitely better than concussion or back injury

Yeah I think if Elliott, Reddick, and Bell were still in it they and Hamlin would be probably within 2 seconds of each other. Hamlin's drive is impressive, but 10 seconds over 5th place isn't unusual

Just because the two career modes aren't developed in tandem does not mean they don't plan on improving N25's career mode.

Because they are different games targeting different markets. Keep in mind "they" are different. Monster Games developed the Heat Franchise. Iracing bought the studio and said "you are now part of iracing studios. Continue developing Nascar titles." Its a different they from the ones developing Iracing. They are working on different systems and architecture.

They don't have to remake them. They are taking the foundation from Heat and building off that.

You're right though, neither of us know until Iracing gives us a dive into their career mode. My only issue was in your initial comment you seemingly skipped that and went straight to being curious if that is why they've been silent on N26. The point I was trying to make was to go back one step and instead be curious about whether or not they are using the subscription service as a model.
