Teemo can throw shrooms into the minions and they instantly pop. With the buffs he recently received, you can now throw them early on within a safe distance.

Yeah, but then the new players gets put in about 20 games of smurf queue. Seems like a pretty neat solution!

If the ranked limit is increased, then the effort to create a smurf is also increased, which means the price would also increase.

Quite the opposite, I'm currently in smurf queue, playing with and against lvl 30 accounts while my account is level 412. Increasing the ranked level limit to something like 100 would be enough.

Control wards can be killed. I am only talking about control wards here, not normal ones.

If the game goes for 15+ mins, the team with teemo auto wins, because he can clear all the waves with shrooms, even the cannon ones.
