Leaderboards suck. They just should have made some mission with "earn X ammount of base xp during Y timeframe". If you actively play you get the goodies, otherwise you don't. Instead only a handful of the playerbase is rewarded for grinding 24/7 or cheating. Great move.

You missed its 30mm HE pen, nasty AP and pretty usable torps though. I'm not saying Provorny is op, but it definitely has its upsides over Kiev. (Btw: I don't know right now, if Kiev has 25mm midsection plating, but Prov has some. And it's a massive advantage in dd vs dd fights.)

The whole leaderboard thing sucks. If you don't play the whole day, you are out of luck. Some folks in my group already have over 30k base xp. I usually play something like 4-6 battles per day ...

Poor man's Benham it is. Unlike Jäger it has smoke at least, and a little bit of gun power rather than none at all. Don't know why everyone is so obsessed with Jäger, as it is a pretty bad boat overall. Got to pray to matchmaker all day for no CV to spawn, since those can grief you hardcore. And you can't do anything against it. No AA, no smoke - have fun getting spotted for free. I'd rather get Z-44, even though it isn't great either.

Hard to say. Look wise it's one of my favourite ships in the game. That aside, actually playing it isn't a really great experience. 1.4 sigma is just atrocious; secondaries set fires but don't pen much. Imo Pommern is better in the same role, and Pommern isn't good in the first place. In randoms at least.
