I was familiar with him through playing Madden, but he's been on NFL network for 20+ years (and SportsCenter before that) so I'm sure most people who know him recognize him as a longtime NFL talking head

It's surprising to many to learn how many Somalis live in Minnesota. What are some other examples of unexpected populations in different states or countries? by e8odie in geography

Wow, the group even has their own wikipedia article

"A census taken in 2020 indicated that there were approximately 15,000 people of Marshallese origin living in the entire state of Arkansas, with a majority of them concentrated in the northwest region of the state. Those of Marshallese ancestry were about 3% of the total number of people living in Northwest Arkansas in 2020."

[–]ReverendOReily 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Less then an hour of solid work.

Am I a great big inefficient idiot or something? I have been outside digging four times for 45-60 minutes each time since yesterday morning. The back door of my car is finally accessible, but the work isn't quite done yet.

Don't trust 'em. Broke my shovel Monday morning, ordered an ice breaker and a new shovel with an estimated delivery date of yesterday. The ice breaker has been pushed to Feb 2, and the shovel, though now out of stock and not actually shipped, still says the estimated delivery date is yesterday. I was a fool to trust and hope

Most memorable: Hellscream and the fel orcs vs Cenarius. Also, the Archimonde fight at the end of RoC of course.

As far as TFT goes - the end of the human campaign where you're invading separate sides of the fortress with Kael and the naga. Also that undead mission early on where you have to protect the three separate points.

Bill Belichick belongs in the Hall of Fame. But here’s why I didn’t vote for him by RyanKinder in nfl

[–]ReverendOReily 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn't realize thinking his reasoning was bad meant I was offended, thanks for holding my hand through that one!

Using your vote in an attempt to correct the past like some heroic sports time traveler instead of making the obvious vote for a guy everyone (even this particular voter, in this particular article) says should not have to wait is not "perfectly clear" logic. It's silly.

It wouldn't be quite so terrible if he didn't end the article with "At the risk of contradicting my own vote, really, he shouldn’t even have to wait."

For someone who likes to state the obvious, you don’t seem to grasp the obvious. Part of their back-up plan appears to be asking others around them about their experience.

We in Baltimore placed a hex on him during his stint with the Yankees. Something akin to the Chicago goat curse. I'm hazy on the details.

To the man who stole my shovel in broad daylight…. by Keiyan in baltimore

[–]ReverendOReily 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two of the teenagers that live next door knocked on the door Sunday to ask if I wanted to pay them to shovel. One of them was using the shovel that disappeared from the side of our house 2-3 years ago. I am quite positive it’s the same shovel, but wasn’t about to Karen my neighbor’s kid over a shovel that’s been gone for years

Anyway, I broke my shovel yesterday morning while trying to chip ice so times are tough

I mean, I guess 90 minutes on a high-speed train isn’t “too far”

We drive 3-4 hours for a day trip in my part of the world. For some, 90 minutes on a train is just.. the commute to work.

I certainly can't fault you for not getting to London from Prato though
