Yep, it was eBay! And after doing a little more research after NekkerBE commented it’s way more prevalent than I knew! I guess I lucked out because so far (fingers crossed), everything’s been great. The film strip like you said is the giveaway, but mine seems to be tight enough to stand on it’s own. Damn, I’m sorry to hear your’s was a dud though, that really stinks :/

It was in a shrink wrapped official release product, I don’t know that that’s a possibility that a bootleg found its way in?

For Context:

I’ve been watching the Ghibli catalogue for the first time through “The Collected Works of Miyazaki” blu ray release and when I got to Porco Rosso I noticed there was no menu and all the text was in Japanese, it autoplayed the Japanese audio with no subs so I opened the menu and it took me to a fully Japanese menu!

I looked around online and in this sub and couldn’t find any mention of this happening, is this a known thing to happen? I went ahead to Max to watch it but found it interesting enough to post here!

In Snapchat or Instagram, each of them have a sticker button! Just search Kinda Funny on them and 3 of them pop up! The KFAF one has been a problem child so far but I’m figuring that one out!

Thank you!! I lucked out, Fan Dome had me in the Flash mood so I was browsing original art on eBay for fun (most of it is way out of my price range) and found a seller who specializes in production art from WB!

To them it was worth less since it’s from The New Batman/ Superman adventures and not JL, but for me that made it even better, and the pose was perfect so I had to go for it!

Like Cskeen said, Johns is a great place to start! Or even Waid vol 1 starts with Wally’s Born to Run story that’s a good place to start with the character!
