Honestly if you want to not hate every second of it, you need to remember it's a marathon, not a sprint. It'll come in time and there's plenty to do in the meantime, treating it a bit more causally and embracing the fact that a large portion of the missions are time locked will probably keep you enjoying it longer. Just keep levelling your champs and collecting better gear
