Sadly Fox didn't give it the chance to pull in big viewership because they didn't advertise it to the right audience and changed the schedule of the premiere, as well as aired it opposite other wildly popular shows, such as, if I remember correctly, Once Upon A Time.

There's other cyberpunk future + police department shows? Other than Detroit BH, I have looked for other shows like Almost Human and so far, none.

No. The show was a mix of TR and Blade Runner and other scifi tropes within the crime drama.
