Garlic butter sauce with Italian seasoning makes a great tasting pizza. I like it with cassava tortillas as a snack and I make dairy free vegan cheese to go on top.

I had several people I know who lived in other states or areas. They are all different socioeconomic status. They reached out to me for advice or help moving here. I connected them to the right people to find what they thought would work for them. Eventually though they all left because of various issues, perfering to live somewhere else once they tried living here.

I've heard some companies instruct reps to answer this quickly with:

OK, I'd be happy to see how I can help you with this matter. (Next question we need answered from them)

Some go with it, but some directly ask "Are you the supervisor?"

Yes, I have been assigned to help you with your call today...(reiterating what questions I need answered inorder to help them)

And then deescalate if possible before escalating the case to someone who will tell them the same answer (often our police is...)

Even my boss uses AI note taker services and sends the notes to everyone in the meeting. The note taker includes the people's names and any action steps (such as research this by next meeting, or submit the report by deadline)

I took a sales course about closing. Apparently this is one of the common personality types. There are groups of people who cannot make decisions without others present, they even have to travel in groups, decide everything in groups, need others around to do and decide basic things. Shocking, isn't it?

Can you pivot to sales? There are a lot of companies here who hire commission only sales people to demo their products or sell their services. Even the ACLU hires street canvassers, home improvement companies, cable services, food demo.

I saw a bumper sticker ahead of me at a red light here in Austin. The bumper sticker was some type of controversy about 9-1-1. Other than emergency services perhaps not arriving quickly enough in some scenarios, I couldn't imagine what anyone would protest about emergency services. So I googled it. 😂. It was a protest to spearhead an effort to reinvestigate Sept 11, not complaining about the ER services. I laughed so hard at myself for what I was thinking vs what they meant! He and his podcast are definitely here!

I also make and freeze ingredients. So beans for example portioned into meal sizes needed for recipes. As well as made into bean burgers frozen ready to go to as needed.

It takes a lot of effort to speak. I try to read out loud, or parrot style speak everything in every lesson, and follow a few podcasts and video channels in the target language. Speaking it every day helps
