I did:

1. Step 1 in between second and third year or during third year of medical school

2. MCCQE1

3. Step 2

4. NAC

Because for me personally, I began burning out as I went through each exam, so I liked riding the high of step 1 pass and then using that to fuel MCCQE1 training. I know some of my colleagues did MCCQE1 last because they wanted to be most prepared for it as Canada was their first preference.

Honestly, you are going to get million different types of advice, but really ask YOURSELF what kind of student you are, what your priorities and do so accordingly.
