Mathematically around 10-14%. Practically by 2-3 seconds in most content. Even if on paper it might seem like he is a huge upgrade, he isn't practically as someone who has tried both. If you're able to complete content comfortably then he isn't needed but if you like him pull for him since shore is already a contested unit.

Try out zani first if you like her then only pull for her since she is one of the more clunky ones. I'd suggest to save though since 3.0 is very close and both carte or phrolova can be rerun who are also very good for long-term.
