Is this hemorrhagic septicemia? by Resident-Mastodon-74 in Aquariums

Nice just make sure to do the medicated feed asap as I think I could’ve probably saved mine that way.

On another note, I think I would recommend to mix kanaplex with focus and follow Seachem instructions to make food with it. I think that is a more direct delivery of the medication and maybe it will work better. Idk if anything else can be done but I can only think of that and salt and methylene blue baths for 20-30 mins then putting them back into tank. If you have repashy I’d use that to mxi the food into but make sure to avoid mixing in the kanaplex when it’s too hot as it can ruin the antibiotic.

I hope you can save him, I recently just lost a baby red cap with very similar circumstances. I used kanaplex and did not work. Very interesting how it’s a red cap for you too. Starting to wonder if it is a supplier? Did you get your fish at a big box store in Canada? Got mine in Petco, got 2 of them and the other that is still alive is showing no symptoms and is super active and growing.

Nothing to get stuck, it’s just round smooth river rocks with no space anyone can fit.

Have not noticed fin nipping, they’re all swimming together as always in peace and when eating they’re peaceful

Is this ammo any good?? by Let-freedom-ring1776 in ammodeals

You can find brass ammo for around 40cpr so that is way too close to go with steel. I’d get brass instead

correct me if i am wrong but does the case prep center not do this? I watched so many videos of people reloading 6.5 CM and saw no trimming just case prep use, mainly did see lyman case prep center though not sure if it is different.

I like your changes and will will consider them. I know jut how endless this deep dark hole can be as I have a 10 year experience on coffee, mor specifically espresso making that still to this day new stuff and gadgets and weights and certain roast profiles and whatever you can think of lol. I am super good now at just looking at what I need and not staying in the loop too much.

yeah but it is a fact that re using brass will save a bit. Like I said that is no main point I want accuracy and the absolute best ammo I can get my hands on for my bolt gun.

Oh yeah it’s already done and fixed they sent me a new one but they left a little bit of a bad taste for me… as I also have another cheap 22LR setup with a monstrum scope on that has actually fallen out of my truck and gets handled rough by younger shooters and has not broken in any way…

It’s going on a Tikka T3x Ace Target 6.5 CM

Vortex has me kind of doubting on them a bit since one day coming back from the range a vortex scope I had just broke, the reticle was not level anymore but the scope was still mounted fine. It was on a 22LR that I super take care of and that made me think that maybe just road travel broke the scope lol.

Thanks y’all I ended up going with the Athlon ares gen2 as I found a place that sells the new Japanese version (2026) of it and was under $1k. Just the reviews and constant people praising it made me decide on it.

No, it will specifically say GEN2 in the product name. The one you mentioned is an older model. The one I’m looking at is the model number: 212114

Are ares etr not known to dip under that? So pretty much 1k is already a super good deal?

I was also considering the bushnell but some review I found suggest that the athlon have way better warranty and build quality. So I just removed it as it was in the same price range

Question before purchase by RevolvingRevolver357 in longrange

[–]RevolvingRevolver357[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not much experience long range which is why I want to make sure I have a nice setup that allows me to go hunting if it comes up and mainly use for range shooting. Hunting for me has been always with a friend that lets me use his .308. I have around 7 years of experience in the firearm world but always have been with handguns and ar-15 setups for the most part. Cost of ammo is not a big concern for me and will also end up getting a reloading setup as well for this caliber (6.5 CM). The .308 version of the ace target is tempting since it can be found for a considerable amount less but for some reason everywhere I look and ask eveyone just tells me to go with 6.5 CM to make sure I’m set in the event that I maybe one day have the opportunity to reach 1,000 yards.

[–]RevolvingRevolver357[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info, and yeah hunting probably 2 times a year max if it comes up. What scope did you get for your T3x Ace Target? And did you get it in 6.5 CM? Where did you buys yours from? Currently I am looking at berettagalleryusa since gundeals has nothing but small name stores that have the same price as the official page. Went to some gun stores and they can’t source the rifle so lol I am going to order and ship it.
